  • If your order went through, you should’ve received a confirmation email with all the details.
    Sometimes it sneaks into the spam or promotions folder, so give that a check first. Still can’t
    find it? You might want to double-check the email you entered. For help, feel free to
    WhatsApp our customer support, we’ve got you.

  • Changed your mind? No problem, just get in touch with us via WhatsApp within 30
    minutes
    of placing your order. Once it starts processing, though, we won’t be able to make any changes.

  • Once your return is approved, you'll need to ship the item back to us. After we receive and
    inspect it, we’ll initiate your refund within 48–72 hours. The amount should reflect in your
    original payment method within 3–7 business days.

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details. Just give it 24–48 hours to update. You can use that link to stay updated on your delivery.

  • Currently, we do not offer COD. All orders must be prepaid through the available online
    payment methods at checkout.

  • At the moment, we’re only shipping within India. But stay tuned, we’re working on going
    global soon!

  • We're so sorry! Please WhatsApp our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures of the damage. We’ll sort it out ASAP.

  • If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we might be able to update the address. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible and we’ll try our best.

  • Not all! Beaded bags and items bought during sales are final sale and can’t be returned.

  • Once you reach out to us with your return request, our team will review and get back to you via WhatsApp or email with approval and next steps.
